Police Department
Mission Statement
Our mission at the Ridgetop Police Department is to provide the citizens of Ridgetop with an environment that offers the best services and protection available giving them a safe place to live and work. As an agency we will employ motivated and educated officers to accomplish this mission in a professional manner.
W.H.A.L.E. PROGRAM
Every year, there are fatal car accidents in which a small child survives but the child is not of the age to communicate their parent’s names, address or phone number.
W.H.A.L.E. (We Have A Little Emergency) is a nationwide safety identification program that provides stickers and identification tags for child restraint seats to help emergency services personnel identify the child and who to contact in the event that the adult driver of the vehicle is unable to communicate due to their injuries and/or death.
The Ridgetop Police Department is presently visiting with the civic clubs and other organizations in Robertson County to promote awareness of the W.H.A.L.E. program.
Any group interested in receiving information or having a presentation made are encouraged to
Email the Ridgetop Police Deparment or call (615) 851-0203.
